Mufti Taqi Usmani is one of the top Islamic scholar of Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic finance, called Mufti Azam Pakistan.
He is the Vice President of Darul Uloom Karachi, He is authored more than 140 books in Urdu, Arabic and English. He served as Judge from 1982 to 2002 of the Shari’at Appellate Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Biography

Mufti Taqi Usmani was born in 3 October 1943 in the city of Deoband in Saharanpur district, Hindustan before partition.

He was the fifth and youngest son of great and well-known muslin scholar Mufti Muhammad Shafi, In 1948, his father immigrated the family from Deoband to Karachi, Pakistan when he was four years old.
