Ghani Khan Poetry

Ghani khan a Lewany falsify, poet, artist, philosopher, Sufi, politician, and a legendary Pashto poet.

His writing in a Pashto language in a certain cultural context has been a major part in the Pashto cultural heritage of Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has been a major figure in the Pashto literary field. He took part in the formation of the Pashtun outfit in the fight against the British. His works have been published in Pakistan, Afghanistan and the UK. He is a renowned poet and a scholar in the field of Pashto language and literature, translation and literary criticism.

Biography

He was born in the famous political family Bacha Khan in the village of Utmanzai in Charsadda District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, before partition on 1914, he was the son of  great Bacha Khan (Khan Abdul Ghafar Khan a famous leader and revolutionist, freedom fighter and the founder of Khudai Khidmatgar (God servant) moment, and he was the brother of well know politician Khan Abdul Wali Khan.

Death

Ghani Khan was died in15 March 1996 at age of 82 in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

دا په زړه دننه اور می
که یې وژنمه ورکيږم
